Birthday's are dumb. I feel like I talk about this every year, but it must be repeated. Today we talk about my birthday and my thoughts on birthdays, the big 3-0, and age in general. I don't know why people worry so much, change and evolution are fun and important.

We pretty much stick to the theme of birthdays for the whole episode as I go on tangents about different ages and periods in my life and who I was then compared to now. I tell some dumb stories and give some amazing advice on how to approach big birthdays.
