This is Love Hurts. Vernon Payne is a storyteller and comedian living in Brooklyn. In high school, Vernon fell in love for the first time, but the relationship didn’t end the way he hoped it would. Years later, Vernon was given a second chance when she showed up back in his life, but he put even more pressure on himself to make sure there was a happy ending.
