👻 A blind tasting. A legacy revealed. And… is Anthony Hardy actually real?
As Lauren masters the floral, fruity, and spicy “ages of cognac,” Anthony takes her on one final journey: a DIY blending session inspired by Hardy’s collection kits—revealing some pro tips she never saw coming. But just as everything becomes clear… our enigmatic host offers his final twist.
Also featuring: ketchup cocktails and a surprise visit from an Italian dandy… This finale is audacious, and absolutely unbelievable. Don’t miss it.
About the show
Welcome to Lauren & Hardy, a fictional comedy podcast that follows Lauren Duplessis, a struggling mixologist and Brooklyn-based podcaster, who accidentally teams up with a very enthusiastic (and possibly undead) 19th-century gentleman: Anthony Hardy, founder of the historic Maison Hardy Cognac.
Together, they dive into the wild, weird, and surprisingly dramatic world of cognac history, French terroir, family legacies, and legendary spirits—all told through witty banter and a soundscape so rich you can practically smell the oak barrels.
