Rough week here in the USA. All of a sudden, everyone’s walking away sideways from Trump’s conspiracy rhetoric! What happened? We talk about the horrific synagogue attack in Pittsburgh and whether Trump gets any blame; whether it’s OK to dehumanize politicians, and whether ironic (((echoes))) are still funny. Answer? (((Well, you see, it’s ironic, so actually....))). Also, more than you ever wanted to know about HIAS, and what white supremacists call “optics”.
