3 Nephi 11: 29 "For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit of contention is not of me, but is of the devil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another." While in my personal scripture reading, I kept seeing the word contention. How is it that the world feels in contention with one another. Prophesy says, “peace [would] be taken from the earth.” Yet, peace can remain with us and not taken from us individually. What can each of us do to remove contention from our lives?
