Eric Nickoli runs his own Consulting Business focused on helping his clients solve problems and establish scalable systems. With 14 years of experience in operations, management, and the C-Suite in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces, Eric has become a voice of authority in problem solving. Coupling his experience with his skillset as a Mechanical Engineer, Eric has a unique ability to see areas needing improvement as well as utilizing the available resources to deploy necessary changes.
