Mingming Guo is the newly appointed Director of Imaging Technology at Inkcups, which is one of the leading US developers of machinery and technology for direct-to-shape printing with both pad printing and inkjet technology.

In this episode, we talk about her experience in inkjet over the years and what it has taken for Mingming to reach this leadership position for Inkcups. While the print industry is not yet balanced in terms of women in leadership positions, Mingming is also originally from China, making her success even more impressive!
