Russell Lowery is a former lobbyist for PG&E, California's embattled investor owned utility which has been found to have caused many of the most devastating wildfires in California of over the last 10 years. Russell is also a high-level legislative staffer, leading the California Senate Republican caucus (back when they mattered), and is currently the CEO of High View Strategy, a public affairs firm that specializes in creating bespoke multimedia solutions for a portfolio of advocacy clients.
