Ever caught yourself waiting for perfect conditions before taking action? My recent trip to Austin marked a significant breakthrough in my personal and creative journey. The city's vibrant energy matched perfectly with my recently cleared chakra system, creating connections with like-minded souls everywhere we went. But the real transformation came through hosting my first-ever 8AM DJ event—something I'd dreamed about for years but kept overcomplicating. 

When my coach bluntly told me, "They're there to see YOU," I faced a profound truth about stepping into my authentic power. I'd been planning an elaborate 7-hour event with monks and multiple components, not fully owning that I was the attraction people wanted to experience. This required a level of self-acceptance I hadn't previously embodied—putting myself on promotional materials as if I were "Drake or something" felt uncomfortable yet necessary. The resulting 3-hour DJ set in a transformed yoga studio became one of the most meaningful experiences of my creative career.

The spiritual dimension of the journey deepened when Christian volunteers helped break down our event until 4am, then invited me to their Bible study the following night. This led to powerful reflections on Christ consciousness, metaphorical teaching, and spiritual baptism as inner transformation rather than external ritual. The crucifixion, I've come to believe, serves as an energetic anchor point that elevates consciousness whenever we contemplate its meaning.
