These thing shared in this podcast helped me 95% as fresher convince my employer I was right fit for the job but the 5% I lacked good coding skills, even though with average technical knowledge through my communication, interaction and networking and rapport building skills I was almost make my presence in the organization as fresher . Yeah coding skill is a must but the these add edge to it. But unfortunately i fall short of the assessment and got rejected , if had at least made upto the pass % it would flipped my situation.
