I am delighted to say that our service this week has been prepared and led by someone we all know and love - Sandra Noel. She is leading us to ponder God’s vision for us, drawing from two passages of scripture. 

The first is a description of the servant of the Lord from Isaiah 42, a passage that expresses the breathtaking humility of Jesus, our servant king, and yet also his powerful mission to establish justice to the earth. The second shows the remarkable events when the first Jewish Christians were shown by God that the good news was for Gentiles too - everyone was included. I can’t wait to hear what Sandra makes of these passages. 

As the world copes with war and climate change, we need to hang onto a vision that offers life and hope to everyone on God’s earth.
