The Canadian Press published a story that we are seeing more and more often...people wasting resources and time tying up 911 with stupid calls.  When an Amber Alert went off last Thursday woke people up, people phoned 911 to complain and even tweet about it.  The alert was to bring attention to the disappearance of 11-year old Riya Rajkumar, who was later found dead.  How do we punish people who phone 911 for non-emergencies?
