What happens when you call 9-1-1?  Sure, somebody answers the phone and directs help to the scene.

But there is so, so, so much more behind the scenes, and the insight is incredible.  

The guys sit down with Jessica Stevens, a dispatcher and call-taker for the San Jose Fire Department.  She is an absolute expert in her field and her experience working as an EMT on the ambulance really gives her the ability to paint a vivid picture of how EMS operates the moment 9-1-1 is dialed and throughout the duration of an EMS response.
