Our fall series, Kingdom People, continues this Sunday with another pretty challenging yet important topic – forgiveness. We hear a powerful example of forgiveness through Joseph in the Old Testament as he extends (and doesn’t renege on) forgiveness to his brothers after his father Jacob died. Jesus tells another story in response to a question from Peter regarding forgiveness – a story that speaks pretty clearly and directly about how we as Kingdom People are to live out this gift of forgiveness.
