9. About early childhood development with Elia

Listen Later

Hello Creators,

In today's episode, I'll talk to Elia, the early childhood development teacher, who'll share with us how to nurture our kids' authentic identity and learning by doing.

They say that your brain develops the fastest from birth to 7 years old and that sets you up for life. So why do we often dismiss this period of life as something insignificant? Children build their response foundations based on the external messaging and if it's full of shame, restrain and control, they'll repeat the bad patterns as adults.

You'll learn why it's essential to invest in a good preschool as opposed to high school or college, why problem-solving and resilience are better skillsets than ABCs or numbers, and finally how to build healthy boundaries and a safe environment to express emotions.

Thank you for tuning in! Hopefully, something picked your interest in today's episode and maybe stirred a bit of flow in your life. If you wanted to share your experiences or just say hi, feel free to reach out to me via email: [email protected] or find me on my IG under humanly.space.
