Frank describes how his addiction journey began, the many twists and turns his story has taken, and where he is in his journey against addiction today. He lets listeners get a complete inside view as to why and how some people become addicted to drugs and alcohol by recanting and reflecting on his experiences, and gives his best advise as to how to receive help for addiction.
