Dr. Theo and Dr. Jaqui sit down with De’Neatria Robinson, career services extraordinaire, to discuss how she prepares students to be leaders who recognize and embrace diverse talent. De’Neatria also explains how she has created community amongst and advocated for Black Faculty and Staff on every campus lucky enough to have her.
Since recording this episode in Summer 2020, Ms. Robinson has since transitioned to a role as a Career Mentor for an online program for tech professionals that provides 1-on-1 mentorship, training and advice.
