Labour Expert, Austin Gamey has said that with the current living condition improvement, the new 9% base pay rise is fair and that public service workers must accept it in good faith and work to serve the nation. According to him, it is high time that critics of the new adjustment came to understand the economic factors that determines the rate of these increments.
