Bonnie Silbaugh joins with Isaak, Philip, and Lyndsey and talks about how she manages all her hats, business owner, wife, mother, family member, Christian and more.  She reminisces some key moments in life including camper stories, when they lived in a camper while their house was being built, do's and don't of business owning, and some cringey old Facebook posts as we envision the way social media operated a decade ago versus the way we use it now.  

She brings principles forth to the conversation such as "money follows mission," how budgeting their finances has opened up opportunities for travel and fun and didn't actually restrict their way of living, and how the book The Life Changing Magic of Tidying up and the movie The Shack were both influential on her!
