People will make assumptions about you as you move through life and rumors and drama, unfortunately, don't end with high school. 

Today we have a special guest that I am grateful to call my friend, Chady Dunmore. Chady is an NLP Master Practitioner, a two-time WBFF Pro World Champ, and 16-time cover model. This is a woman who is an OG of fitness modeling before the likes of Instagram.

We're unpacking how we often try to portray ourselves a certain way to the world and how the world chooses to see us and how that contrasts with the things we may be dealing with behind closed doors that no one knows about.
