Dr. Timea Nochta is a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC), Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge. She holds a PhD in Local Government Studies (Public Administration, University of Birmingham, UK), and an MSc in Architecture and Engineering (Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary).

Dr. Nocta discusses her recent work examining how City Digital Twins can be used to better inform policy-makers on they consider the costs and benefits of municipal initiatives.
