Leah and Cara discuss why they feel like time is speeding up and they open up about how they’ve learned to be comfortable spending time alone. They recognize how much this year has forced them to slow down and appreciate what’s important to them and they agree that welcoming and accepting change is an important step in taking ownership of your life.
