Stemming from his experience as a White male growing up in impoverished neighborhoods on the border of Spanish Harlem and Harlem in NY, Alex learned very early the concept of structural racism. Now having more than 15 years of winning on issues of racism and poverty, Alex has published a book. In Seeds of Justice: Organizing Your Church to Change the World, he covers the steps (listed below) everyday ordinary people can take to create the change we want to see in our communities and beyond.
