Hello & Welcome,  

Episode #9 of The James Hempton Show, today I'm joined by my 3 close friends to discuss the Cycle to Croatia #cycle2croatia which is taking place in October of 2023.   We are doing this for Charity and the 3 Charities are Lauralynn, Diabetes Ireland & Mental Health Ireland, we will raise €60,000 by the time we leave for the cycle to Croatia, which will consist of 14 consecutive days of cycling 150k, the total distance is 2,000km.
