Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a multi-billion dollar industry and it permeates corporate America. It has morphed from a social justice resource to a quasi-religious practice. In many cases, if you don’t understand and champion D&I, you are (guaranteed) on track to being called a racist or a bigot. Finally, in today’s corporate setting, you must be a great representative and/or a great champion of d&I to get into a leadership role.
