The purpose of the podcast is to inspire an executive audience to engage differently, more informed and more deliberately in the DEI agenda.  

By drawing on practical experiences as well as research-based perspectives, engaging DEI-proponents and opponents, this podcast will provide leaders with new perspectives and ideas for how to translate these into practice and changes in their everyday lives.
