In the first conversation of two, Tom and Pete share some of what has made working in ministry frustrating at times. Both of them love the church, but they’ve also been frustrated by aspects of being a pastor. Some of this is due to the expectations placed on church leaders, while other parts just have to do with the general culture of the American church. 

Listen in for an honest conversation by a former pastor and a current pastor (both of whom still believe in the church), lamenting what makes this job so damn frustrating sometimes.
