For Today! First up, how do you end up with a certain trainer on a certain day? While the selection may ultimately end up being "random" The session of members coming into an hour has already been split up by a trainer in the best order possible so that all members are able to be coached to our maximum ability.  Just how much goes into deciding this? You may be surprised.

Next we talk about how many people get stuck at a decently high level of training and can't seem to break through to that next higher level.  What do you do if this is where you're at? What's the first step? What could lead to this happening? These are all questions covered on this subject.

Finally breathing.  Is there an appropriate time to breath during exercise? Yes. But it's not always the same for every person in every scenario.  For the vast majority there is a very simple way to be conscious about this.
