When you've had something important to say or something important to do. And all of a sudden you feel stuck and you can't remember what you were going do.

This can be the most infuriating thing because we charge headfirst. We know exactly what we want to do until we sit down at the computer. You go to take one move and then something else pops up as a priority.

So, what does this do? This causes our brain to go in a tailspin, into overthinking. We're concerned with how we sound, maybe concerned about other people judging us.

Now, I know I gave a couple of examples in this podcast, but I want you to take what I'm going to teach you today to be applicable to any way or any circumstance in which you tailspin into overthinking.
