Diana Hoff is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Antero Resources, a leading producer in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays of Appalachia. Diana brings more than 30 years of upstream oil and gas engineering and operations experience combined with stakeholder engagement and environmental mitigation implementation. In her current role, she manages an annual budget of up to $1.3 billion, spanning Civil Engineering, Construction, Drilling and Completions, and Production including measurement and analytics. She is truly a Mamasan.
