Sharing the process that I take my clients from being stuck (from negative experiences) to creating inner joy
My client’s life had been upended. She felt lost and empty. Because a drastic “crisis of identity” she decided to finally feel her feelings and change her life for the better.
Here’s the work we did:
1)She stopped hiding from herself. She stopped avoiding the real reasons she was feeling empty. She released the resentment and bitterness that was holding her a prisoner of her past
2) She turned her pain into purpose by appreciating the lesson it provided. By staying committed to her daily healing practices, she gained the inner strength to overcome the pain.
3) She stopped relying on people, her job title and material things to make her feel loved and seen.
💞At the end of our 6 months together, she loved herself from the inside out and saw herself as a powerful, resilient warrior.
