Jacara Ware found herself working for the Arizona Diamondbacks after mentioning she wasn’t a baseball fan during an informational interview. Since then, she has risen the ranks of the organization and is currently a Senior Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. Jacara is the founder of HeartWare Marketing- a company that assists athletes and businesses with strategic marketing, branding and business consulting. She is also heavily engaged in her community and is a Board of Director for WISE, AZ.
