Arlene Santiago is a Health Transformation Coach and mom of three. She helps busy moms lose 10-20 lbs, increase their energy and confidence and keep the weight off. Arlene also helps those older than age 50 who want to prevent injury and improve balance and mobility. As a Motor Control Restoration Specialist, she seeks to improve communication between brain and body by identifying underlying causes for improper movement by focusing on the nervous system to identifying any blocked sensorimotor signals.

Seeing loved ones suffer through disease is heartbreaking.  Hospital visits, falling, medications, weakness, fainting.  Although we all have predispositions to disease, it's very possible certain diseases could have been prevented. Arlene made a conscious choice to change her life.  She doesn't want a life of hospitals and medications.  She wants to be active to keep up with her kids and possible grandchildren in the future.

Arlene shares her story of having kids and feeling disconnected from her body. Through learning to care for her health first, she lost the baby weight and created a loving and caring relationship with herself going forward so that she can be happy and healthy long into the future.
