Sweating isn't the right way to judge one's progress during a workout session, despite the common beliefs. This episode explains the why behind it.

One doesn’t need to workout to know or feel that working out is a salient feature of a healthy lifestyle. And with the year 2020, most have has been pushed towards a healthier lifestyle, often including exercising. All the many benefits of working out is pushing a lot of people towards the gym or their yoga mat, or maybe even the ground. It is difficult to keep up with workouts, due to lazy days, busy days, and tiring days, you just sometimes run away from the idea of running.
