What is it like behind the scenes with Oxford-Brookes rowing?

We are talking across the Atlantic today to Peter Smith.  Peter is the author of "Oxford Brookes: A Sporting Miracle?   From cowshed on the Thames to the top of the rowing world.  

If you just started rowing, you may be surprised to find how international the sport is.   Fortunately Peter graciously agreed to discuss Oxford Brookes History as well as the Henley experience.  I recommend a hat shop to Seattle folks who plan to travel to the regatta this summer.
