Todays Monday Munchies is packed with a little truth and a lotta love! If you are thinking you want to do something but you keep stopping yourself, you need to ask why & you need to listen to this episode.

And look today I am suggesting if what you want to do needs to be free and easy to start it, then this is your permission to not be perfect and just make it happen.

I like to work, hot and heavy, fast and loose. If that's what it needs for me or you to to start then that's what it needs to be. The more you stop to think the more we don't do things because we put road blocks, these road blocks keep us safe, if we don't do the thing we can't fail right?

So here is your inspiration to do the thing. 'Failure' is great because you get to learn something, try something and grow. I'll be in that!
