The First Special Service Force aka the Devil's Brigade were one of the most highly trained, deadly and effective units of World War II. Considered the forefathers of today's Special Forces, the FSSF was the first ever Canada-USA combined forces venture which won all 22 battles they engaged in. Ralph Mayville, currently 97-years old is one of the last remaining Canadian members and he joins us to tell his story and experiences on this very special episode.
