2 Young Men recap from last week talking about what you should be focusing on putting into your body and then how and why Chase and Andrew exercise. The Key take-aways are;
Food
-Understand that if you don't manage your food then the Triangle (food industry, government, pharmaceutical) will manage it for you at your expense.
-The less ingredients in it the better it is for you.
-Start small, stay consistent and build off of that.
Exersize
-Do something you enjoy (Dancing, running, soccer, basketball, hiking)
-Start small and expand on that (you have to build up your body before you can actually burn off fat)
-Be patient (If you've been eating bad for 10-15 years it isn't going to take 1 week to get results.) Fall in love with the process and the way it makes you feel and keep to it until you get the physical results you want.
