Katharine Lee is a Somatic and Metaphysical Psychotherapist originally from Florence South Carolina, currently living in Sacramento California. She'd call her style philosophy in the flesh, operating as an unapologetic psychic grid re-weaver working where the psychospiritual collides with biochemical networks of life. Newly licensed and always ancient, she brings five years of clinical therapeutic practice braided with lifetimes of initiatory fire into the therapy room — where integrating and embracing trauma is treated as the bread and butter of life's work.

And as such her work is an alchemical soup pot: mythology, Somatics, Gestalt and experimental processes, Internal Family Systems, all simmered with cosmic blueprint energetics, mystery school teachings, inner journeying time travel, mind/body/spirit sexuality, nervous system science, and enough witchcraft and strategic civil disobedience to keep things tingly. She believes the greatest act of liberation we can offer ourselves and our communities is rehabilitating our nervous systems, to truly reclaim the dynamic, interconnected sovereignty we need to build the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible. She calls it Radical Self Healing for the Revolution! 

Katharine believes our bodies and spirits are divine musical instruments asking us to learn how to sing, play, tune, harmonize, expand, and transform through both dissonance and resonance and is here for those who are ready turn their melody up and metabolize the artifacts of laborious learning into golden, living art.
