In this episode, Suzi speaks to Sam. Sam is 16 and has been using Tellmi for two years. After he was born, Sam's mum developed post-natal depression, so he was raised by his grandparents from the age of 5. Sam has multiple mental and physical health issues and he is now living in a residential care home. Sam has recently gone back into education to get some GCSE's because he would like to be a nurse.
