In this last message, we consider the one fruit in the list that we can't learn by looking at God's example - since He has no evil impulses that need to be restrained.

Instead, self-control is what the Spirit produces in us as we learn delayed gratification - saying no to something now, in order to experience something a hundred times better later, in the Kingdom. That's not a con; it's a promise from the Lord Jesus Himself.
