9. Shell Wherry: The power of the pause and long covid.

In episode 9, I talk to the wonderful Shell Wherry from Cornwall. Shell was a participant on an online MBSR course I ran back in May/June 2023 and has also completed an MBSR course with Exeter University.

Shell generously shares her wisdom on the power of pausing mindfully in the face of difficult conversations and in the midst of breathing struggles resulting from Long Covid.
