Shieny is the co-founder of one of the largest game developer companies in Indonesia: Agate International. She started her career in Agate as a Game Programer, then proceeded to occupy other positions such as Finance Manager and HR Programmer, before finally became Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Agate. Graduated from Informatics Engineering of ITB, Shieny specializes her skills in Game Producing, Game Programming, and Game Development. She was also nominated as Indonesia's Young Woman Future Business Leader by SWA Magazine in 2014.
