Thorben Neu is founder and Design Director at Ritual Creative. Ritual partners with forward looking companies in creating strategies, products and experiences that are authentic, relevant, beautiful and make the world a better place. 

Thorben has over 20 years of experience in developing successful products from concept to store. His engagements include Belkin, where he was design director for the Linksys and WeMo brands, Lunar Design and Continuum in San Francisco, Boston and Milan. 

During his career Thorben was recognized with numerous international design awards including Red Dot, iF, IDEA and Good Design. Thorben graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design and Art Center (Europe) with a BSc. in Product Design. 

 Thorben opened up Ritual Creative in 2016- where he and his team  of creatives have been developing award-winning physical and digital designs for their clients ever since.
