Many extremely intelligent, technically qualified individuals, whom I know personally have lost great opportunities just because they were shy, less confident, with a wrong notion that talking about your ability and what you are skilled at is a mistake or starting a conversation is rude or under the impression that silent people are matured or intelligent or in some case candidates suffer with poor self – esteem.
