Being vulnerable is terrifying but it will set you free. Today I open up about my biggest mistakes and learnings over my journey as a coach. Many of you have probably made the same mistakes but for those who are just starting out try to get these things right and your job will be a whole lot easier. Go and be 1% better everyday!
