Neil is currently a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a GP Exercise Referral Specialist. With a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Science, all of the advice provided in these videos comes is backed by scientific reasoning and rigor. Neil is passionate about improving running performance through human movement and to show how sports science, and science-based methods, can make a real difference to the recreational runner.

The mission of this Podcast is to inspire people to be healthier, fitter, and more comfortable in how they feel through running. And also, to give people the skills and knowledge to work on their running through strength & and conditioning for running.

Coach Marshy provides online coaching for recreational & elite runners. Coach Marshy also provides online strength and conditioning for running which can be part of a conditioning plan to complete at the gym or from your own home. We have created an online product which is suitable for all abilities and focuses on strength, power and endurance for running. This looks at increasing running performance, assisting with injury prevention and improving joint stability. We do this using an online portal and a social media support group.
