This is Pt 2, as we engage with the Gen Zs and Millennials on their thoughts as well as their feelings about work, job, purpose and careers. We delve into the impact of COVID-19 along with the changing landscape of life and the desires of the younger generations. In this dialogue we explore what are the expectations of the younger generation as they seek out meaning and significance in the job place or their preferences towards building something of their own.
