#9 Why does your dog need slow movement exercises

Have you ever wondered why fitness trainers encourage slow over fast movements during exercises?
One of the reason is described with the Weber-Fechner law: the brain's ability to register subtle differences in the muscle engagement decreases with more movement (more stimuli).
The same subtle changes go unnoticed in fast movement exercises. Slow movement exercises are essential for the body to learn making adjustments to muscle engagement during the physical activities.
