Whether at a party, out with friends, or enjoying dinner, having a drink or two is usually the norm. It goes together like eggs and bacon, Jim and Pam, or wine and cheese.

But sometimes we feel guilt for that last drink. and think... am I drinking too much? too often? too early? do I need to have another?
